We’ve been using MVP for about 5 months for our start up dental office. MVP Mailhouse is a top notch team of experts that help with design, analytics, shipping, etc. They mapped out a sample mailer strategy around my office, they helped with a mock-up design that looked sleek and modern to match our office vibe. They gave great advice on which images to use, what verbiage and offers would most likely lead to success, and were very quick in sending over mock-ups for me to approve. What impressed me most was their analytics and tracking. They gave me an app to download on my phone to see the map we mail to that is divided up on the different mailing zone. They listen to every call that comes in. They gave feedback on how our office is handling those calls and I can even listen to the recording. If we miss a phone call from a mailer we get an instant email alert to call back that number. We used the data to refine our marketing strategy to focus on the areas we were getting a lot of traction. Highly recommend MVP, they are helping our office grow faster than I had expected.
